Atlas Cedar is a highly versatile timber prized for its straight grain, exceptional dimensional stability, and natural durability — making it equally at home in indoor furniture and outdoor applications. These slabs were wind-fallen trees from Kallista in the Mount Dandenong ranges, salvaged and milled locally.

The second photo shows the tree where it fell in Kallista — a reminder of the scale and character of the timber before it was milled. What you see in the slabs is a direct reflection of that tree.

After a full year of air drying, slabs have been machined on both sides and are ready for your project. With widths available up to 850mm, these are impressive slabs with real presence — ideal for statement pieces.
